After a long time I'm baking...and this time instead of cake I tried baking crackers and it turned out so well...
Crackers are like cookies only...just that they are very thin and just crack in your mouth...So let's see how to go about it....
What you need:

What you need:
- All purpose flour - 2 cups
- Garlic salt - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 1/3 cups
- Milk - 1/3 cups
- Baking powder - 3 tsp
- Pepper - to taste
How to go about it:
- Preheat oven to 230 Degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, bring in all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the milk and oil.
- The dough will come without sticking to the bowl.
- Then knead the dough atleast for a 25 times, until they become elastic.
- Make flat breads and cut into different shapes and bake for 12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Serve with hot cuppa tea or coffee.
