Mango Kulfi

Season of Mangoes!!!! The king of fruits is sure my all time favorite. This golden yellow beauty is something I just can gobble one after another. And in the form of kulfi, man!!!!

I just loved this creamy cold dessert. Its creaminess, sweetness and that cool refreshing flavor. Just the right one for the scorching summer. So what are you waiting for??? Just go with it....

What you need:

  1. Mango Pulp Fresh - 1 cup
  2. Milk - 2 1/2 cups 
  3. Milk powder - 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  5. Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
How to go about it:
  1. Whisk all items from 2 to 4 and bring it to a boil, until the mixture becomes a little thick.
  2. Allow it to cool completely.
  3. Now whisk the mango pulp 
  4. Freeze. And viola!!! serve chilled....
