So what is this dosa all about??? Just our simple and humble Wheat Dosa....that is Godumai Dosa... :) :) :)

This evening, I was just too confused to think about what's for . Thinking about the yet again roti and subji!!! uuufff...no way...ok rice?? no way!!! Then, bling!!! came a thought. Yes, this dosa came up to my mind... But did not know the recipe at all. So called up my paati (grand mother) then got it fatta fatt!!!

Now, why did I name this as Ashirwaad Dosa??? he he he.... Because I used, Ashirwaad Atta!!!! :) :) :) :)

What you need:
  1. Wheat - 1 1/2 cups

How to go about it:
  1. In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients, like wheat, rice flour, rava, salt, cumin seeds (jeera), pepper, baking soda and mix lightly.
  2. Now add water and bring the batter to a dosa batter consistency. Neither too watery nor too tight. Let the batter sit for for atleast 10 - 15 minutes.
