Home Made Pizza Sauce with Veggies

A Big Hiiiiiiiiiiiii...

Yes, off late I've had a very busy time and had a blogging break down. I've been trying to post recipes, but could not get even one to post. Then my hubby has been asking to make pizza at home. So tadaa!!! thought why not post this recipe!!! And here I'm..... again back with a awesomelicious pizza. Though I did not make the pizza bread, still I made a wonderful topping and my hubby was smitten totally :) :) :)

Though could not get too many photographs...but managed with a single one.....
Next recipe....will take as many as possible.....

So, here we go...

You would need:
  1. Pizza base
For the Topping:
  1. Onions - 4
  2. Tomatoes - 3
  3. Capsicum - 1
  4. Mushrooms - 1 pack
  5. Chilli Powder - 1 tsp.
  6. Tomato Sauce
  7. Oil - to fry
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Sugar - a pinch
  10. Oregano mixture
How about it:
  1. Add oil to a kadai and let it heat. Add onions and fry until they turn golden brown.
  2. Now, add the tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Literally, mash the masala with a masher until it becomes saucy in consistency.
  3. Now, add chilli powder, more salt to adjust the taste and stir this for a few minutes.
  4. Add the Mushrooms and tomato sauce and pinch of sugar.
  5. Finally add the capsicum and stir it for a few minutes. Do not, fry for a long time, as the crunch in the capsicums give a real good taste.
  6. Before switching of the stove, add the Oregano and stir for a minute.
  7. This spread can be used straight away on the Pizza Base. Top it with your favorite Cheese and let it melt in your mouth.
  8. The base can be stored for two or three days and be used.
Njoy with your loved ones....

luv...
